it’s a clip offer in your digital coupons. you clip it and then in your account settings you approve getting text messages to the # linked to your account. I assume that’s how it works. Haven’t had a chance to follow up on this but I did have it in my account. YMMV on having it. I’ll try to get a screen shot up tomorrow sometime.
