Last two times we were in one of them we walked out without buying anything. Their prices were at or higher than what we paid at Walmart.
Bare shelves, out of date products. I mean months and even a year on some items!

I have a 99 Cents Only Store minutes from my house. Very few things are actually 99 Cents there anymore. I will have to stop by tomorrow after work snd see if there are any good liquidation deals to be had. Who knows? They may mark down their remaining stock to 99 cents during liquidation.
