Can’t find the Walmart offer, even scrolling through all offers. Why can’t Paypal have a search function in offers, or at least an alphabetic order?

I had the McDonalds and Ebay, but not the Walmart offer. After activation these offers are good for only 7 days. Also for McDonalds offer it said online only. Does that mean ordering on the Kiosk in the restaurant or the App? The McD website wants to redirect you to the app.
