@MrsGuin this is the second time we’ve asked now. Please, offers are CVS are not "freebates’…they are not free. You have to pay for the item, you then get extra bucks which are good only on more merchandise at CVS. you do not get your purchase price back, just more spending power.
We’d appreciate if you use the terminology as it applies to the store. again, CVS DOES NOT offer ‘freebates’. It is extra care bucks or ECB’s.

@mrsguin as noted, let’s use the terminology of the program as it is advertised by the merchant. it is free after extra care bucks. It is not a freebate. For as long as I’ve been on FW and Phat, deals at CVS were NEVER called freebates by anyone in the drug/grocery forum.
