Does shop runner work with this deal? We all got free years from the FW days. Then instead of paying for shipping, you can get something nicer or bigger?

I think the CB will be calculated after coupons, so 20% of $29.99 would be $6 off (not $8).

Read my post again, the CB was based on a $40 AC flowers order, not $30. (+$15 delivery on 2/13) You can’t go too ‘cheap’ because it won’t earn the Amex Offer, you have to spend at least $50 charged on your Amex Card.
