T-Mobile Tuesday 3/20: $20 Dining Advantage Credit (Entertainment book Q's), Free Vudu Rental, T-Mo Umbrella

I picked up a few umbrellas this morning.
-
The umbrella looks like it cost them a quarter and it will stay in the trunk of my car. Staff was clueless regarding website participants with no app. Vudu offer was good.

What do you mean? As in they didn’t know you were using the website, or were they giving people trouble for using the website?

You MUST have the app on your phone OR log in to your account at tmobiletuesdays.com on your phone’s browser for store based giveaways. They have you click the ‘redeem’ button at the store and and you have like 60 seconds for them to verify it on your phone/app.
You just don’t walk in and say give me an umbrella, it is explained on the item at TMTues.

Actually, this week is the first time I’ve been asked to use the app (or website). Every other time I walked in and asked for two of whatever they were giving out and they just gave it to me, and this was not always at the same store. Only one time previously did they even start to ask me to show the app, and that time they said never mind and just gave me the stuff. I’m always prepared to show proof (1 app, 1 via website) since yes, those are the official terms, but definitely YMMV on this.

they giving people trouble for using the website
Store staff were giving me trouble for participating using the website rather than the app saying that I must use the app which is not true. I’d complain to corporate if I had the time and inclination.

I remember one time I was doing the tmobile tues at a store and they were making us wait until the timer ran out before they would give us the stuff.
