Eligible class members include anyone who purchased any Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the United States from May 23, 2010 – April 16, 2018 or if you purchased Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil or Bertolli Classico Olive Oil in the United States from May 23, 2010 – December 31, 2015. Claim to receive up to $25 per household without proof of purchase . Deadline to file is estimated to be 9/8/2018 but may not be accurate.

With each year of new graduating attorneys, I always wonder what is keeping them all busy. I suspect this particular class action suit is just the tip of a huge iceberg waiting to get chipped away.
