Probably easier to search which online stores in general offer free shipping or free in store pickup and then see if a store you are interested in is on topcashback. I don’t think topcashback itself keeps a list.

The have both eBay and Amazon, so it should be really easy to find $10-ish items with free shipping on either site (especially if you have prime)

I know of a few sites that have been offering CB for Amazon for at least a couple of years.
ETA: here is one CB comparison site that lists a few: cashbackmonitor.com/cashback-store/amazon
There are some other CB comparison sites listed here: cash-back-site-comparison-tools. Sometimes these sites have different info, so it is worth checking several.

The same is true for eBay, and many other retailers selling diverse product categories, always read the requirements and exclusions carefully before clicking through.

I’m glad I found out that even if a portal gives CB to ebay or amazon, it pays to go over specific categories they’ll give CB which means CB is not paid on EVERYTHING you buy but only specific categories like shoes, purses, tools, etc. If you don’t pay attention to those limitations, you’ll be disappointed later to find out you didn’t earn CB.
Since I buy a lot of GCs online, I have good experience with yazing because I’ve gotten CBs from them when I wasn’t expecting it. One major flaw of yazing is their dashboard sucks and they know it. It’s so inconvinient to request via SM just to check on your approved click thrus and CB earned.
