Clean link, if you don’t want to use the same referrer.
Also, thanks OP! I used it on a non-gift card purchase and it tracked (so far, still pending.)

3/17 Samsung
Got another at Ali Express.
ETA: I now have 1 less than needed to win the prize in every candy. I’ve found a bunch o’ birds but now all I win is a prize drawing entry ticket. I’m guessing that’s all I’ll win from now on.
I won different prize amounts in a previous Topcashback hummingbird sweeps. It could happen.

I clicked on the Double Points Back offer. There are 7 merchants. I got hummingbirds on 2 of them. One was the 25¢ cherry lips. Woohoo! Of course YMMV.
Don’t go spending it all at once, my4.

Users on DOC and Facebook reported that the signup page has fine print saying that you authorize Aven the ability to pull tax transcripts (hence the notifications about IRS 4506C forms being sent out and pulled.)
I believe that Aven is using the tax transcript data as accurate’ish income data and combining it with the last 4 of SSNs and birthdays to apply for credit cards and HELOCs using your data, if your credit is not frozen.
I also believe that Aven is using the Plaid-linked bank accounts to set up the credit card and HELOC applications, although I initially thought that Plaid was just tokenized bank info without access to your actual bank account numbers. Not sure about that part.
Do you have a link to the FB group? The DoC link is here:
https://www.doctorofcredit.com/aven-free-5-weekly-starbucks-giftcard-if-you-have-700-vantage-4-0-credit-score-homeownert/I haven’t been hit with the Heloc scam yet, fingers crossed.
I was referring to the reports from people commenting on Aven’s Facebook ads, advertising the Starbucks gift card deal.
I saw the ads on Facebook too but never signed up because I thought it was a scam. It is probably a targeted ad (generic targeting: homeowners, high FICO, etc.)
@frugalpete said in Disney + Hulu W/Ads $2.99/mo for 4 months Ends On March 30th:
Are the ads in Disney and Hulu with this offer, only at the beginning of movies so there is no ad interruption later?
Only Peacock does this. HBO Max will frontload the ads for the major Warner Bros movie releases in the first few weeks on the platform. Hulu used to frontload ads a long time ago, but stopped.
Surprisingly, Netflix has the least amount of ads per movie/per hour. One or two 15 to 30 seconds ads per hour. Netflix says they made more profit off of the ads than their entire subscription business, it’s a big driver of their growth for now.
