Yes, we all know that Fetch devalued their points to less than 1,000 points per $1 if you redeem for gift cards like Amazon or Apple, so maybe an 8% hit to that 100% back in Fetch points is more accurate.

Get them clearance sales! Amazon Fresh was a decent deal after the 10% and sometimes 15 or 20% Chase Offers and Wells Fargo Offers. But now they are dead.

I never said it stopped working. I said the employees have been trained ever since the kiosks were installed to tell customers they have to wait 15 minutes between deals.

I go to a kiosk-only McDonald’s. A few times a year, someone will have the app all ready to go with their deal added in the app thinking they can use that deal by scanning their code, and every time an employee gets flagged down from what they’re doing and the employee will explain to them to wait 15 minutes and to not add the deal on the app and to just log in with their code.

I went to another McDonald’s today to redeem my food prizes at a kiosk inside the store. I ordered three items in separate transactions and I was at the waiting area to get my orders and an employee came up to me and said you can only order up to two items so I had to cancel one of the items, but I had already paid for it through the kiosk, so I’ll need to check and see if I got the prize or if I lost the prize forever. The employee wouldn’t let me get all three items. She said if you get more than two it’ll flag your account. I doubt that will happen. It seems like each McDonald’s has their own rules about how many of those food prizes they’ll redeem in the same visit.

It was always 15 minutes, re-logging into the kiosk with a new login code broke that 15 minute rule, but the employees have always been trained to remind people that you can only use one deal every 15 minutes.

You’ll see this often at the kiosk when someone who doesn’t know how to use it who first adds a deal in their app and tries to log into the kiosk - they aren’t able to use the deal loaded onto their app at the kiosk and the employee will tell them to wait 15 minutes and try again.

This one started a while ago but I just saw an ad for it in today’s Kroger/Ralph’s ad, so people might not know about it.

@yoregano if you know the people at your store well, if you ask them if you can pay them the difference (think it’s about a $1 or so) between a large iced coffee and large cold brew (without cold foam) they met help you out if you redeem the freebie at the register in store.

A couple of months ago, I had that free refresher drink code and it is loaded with sugar, I asked them in the store if they could just make me a large iced coffee instead for it and they did.

The regular refresher and sparkling refresher has an almost identical amount of calories as a cappuccino or latte. The light refresher has half the calories.

Lemonade refresher and Sabrina Carpenter’s Daydream refresher (with oatmilk, yuck) are the ones that pack a bit more calories.

Two words: Separate accounts

That’s a very bad idea when the prizes are this big. If you won under $10k cash but over $50 (let’s just say $1,000) and they found out - it isn’t that difficult for them to find out because we have to use one email for paypal/zelle payments.

Unless you already setup separate paypal and zelle accounts for the second account for your one phone before the sweeps started, that is.

No, you’re getting some kind of error. If you didn’t win anything, it will say you didn’t win a prize (and then refer you to your bonus play.)

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. I allowed access to the camera on the McDonald’s app and it started working just fine today. I won a free small soft drink and two free and a biscuit breakfast sandwiches and a double cheeseburger or McChicken along with several properties in the monopoly game. I can’t wait to play every day. I think you can only redeem one item every hour though if I’m not mistaken. Is that true?

Yahoo is known for not letting sweepstakes administrator’s emails through to your inbox. Especially the automatic emails like AMOE request forms and verification emails.

Unfortunate, but lessons learned. You can’t change your email for the McDonald’s Monopoly game now because prizes are tied to that initial sign up.

Yes, its’ working fine for me, getting instant responses. I’m using a Gmail address, fwiw. But it is a tedious, repetitive process to do the AMOE method five times. I did get the free 1-mo Peacock offer but that is useless to me as I already get Peacock free through Xfinity Rewards.

You should setup autofill forms on your phone. Add yourself as a contact, fill in your name, email, phone, address information. Then when you are viewing the AMOE form on your web browser, you can autofill the form with your contact information.

Otherwise this might cause a data entry error, like if you enter your information wrong in one part one day and then a different part another day, it will cause problems with sweepstakes administrators (especially for the major stuff like email, phone, and birthday for alcohol sweeps.)

Some email providers are very poor at letting through sweepstakes email from sweepstakes administrators, even major sweepstakes administrators like Merkle (formerly HelloWorld, formerly ePrize) and Don Jagoda.

But it’s too late to change your email now for the McDonald’s game, once you register on the app all of your prizes go through that email.

There is a 500 McDonald’s rewards points bonus for signing up for the Monopoly game on the McDonald’s app.

The app is required to play the game and redeem prizes.

There is also an AMOE (alternate method of entry) link in the official rules to receive a game code without making a purchase.

They’ve revamped the program quite a bit, there are still physical game pieces for many food and drink items, but this year they’re giving out digital game pieces for many food and drink items that often have deals (like the large McFrappe, which is usually $2 off bringing it down to half of the price of a similar Starbucks Frappucino.)

Cash prizes under $600 are paid out via Paypal or Zelle too this year, which gets rid of a pain point of having to redeem at the McDonald’s cashier.

You can make your own cold brew concentrate with a French Press, cold water, and an adjustable coffee grinder with a coarse setting.

If you really want to make your own barista experience at home: add in some milk to the concentrate, or use a frother for hot milk froth, or if you have heavy cream and a frother you can replicate the cold brew foam at Starbucks/Dunkin’. Torani syrup bottles for flavor. Torani caramel or chocolate sauce for topping.

(the actual cold brew concentrate is easy to make, it’s the rest of the add-ons that take a bit more YouTube expertise and figuring out)
