Got the one with 25 points but not the other one. Keeping my fingers crossed the other one is just late arriving.

RE: Bing search Microsoft Rewards promotion
I’ve been doing this for over a year. It takes 6500 points for a $5 Walmart IP GC, more than the $5 Amazon GC, but we use the Walmart GC to buy cat food since we’ve been feeding 4 feral cats for over a year, along with our house cat. I was thrilled to see the 300 points daily through Feb 20. Regularly it’s 200 points daily for Bing searches on the computer, sometimes a little more if the quiz in the Daily Set is worth 50 points instead of 30. They also occasionally send emails with links to earn additional points, usually 50. I don’t have a smartphone, so don’t earn the mobile points. I’m still able to get a $5 Walmart GC about every 25 days. And it only takes maybe 3 or 4 minutes a day to do. Once the account is set up, you can access the Rewards part and answer the poll and quiz, etc., and do all but 20 points of the searches from Chrome as well as from Edge. In order to earn the 20 points from the Bing search, you have to access Rewards (and the Bing search tool) from Edge. To find the Search section, look at the upper right side of the Rewards page and click on Points Breakdown, and a pop-up window will appear over the Rewards page. That will give the points earned from each category so you can tell how many more searches you need to do in each category - Microsoft Edge Bonus, PC Search, Mobile Search, Complete Daily Offers

RE: Staples $25 Off $75 Online Coupon- Expires 3/10/19 (YMMV)
Just placed an order for toner, and the coupon worked smoothly. I had to add .01 to my order since the coupon is for $25 off $75 and the toner was $74.99, but I typed clearance into the search bar and then sorted by low to high, and that .50 recycled staple remover showed up. Happy Dance

RE: Free Project Acari Tick Collection Kit
Thanks, ctgofer. Quote: “Our Mission: By working together with thousands of citizen scientists, Project Acari wants to understand how dangerous tick diseases are affecting our communities.
Hundreds of thousands of people, dogs and cats are affected by tick diseases, like Lyme disease, every year. Ticks carry over 20 different known diseases, and there may be more we haven’t discovered yet. As global temperatures rise, these diseases are spreading.
Project Acari is going right to the heart of this epidemic. We are studying the ticks themselves to find out where the risk of contracting disease is highest, and how diseases spread from year to year. We are also studying how other factors, like climate change and the tick’s microbiome, may affect the risk of tick diseases” End Quote We’re in tick country here, and I’ve just signed up to get a collection kit. -

Cumberland County, TN? No matter where it is, this is a wonderful program, but there are Cumberland Counties in other states, so adding the state would be helpful.

Try Amazon Photos, get $15 Amazon credit, exp 6/30
If this is a repost (I did search under “Amazon Photo” and found nothing) or if it belongs somewhere else, please say so.
OK, just got an email from Amazon that says: "Keep your photos safe! Get a $15 Amazon credit when you start backing up with Amazon Photos.
Start using your free unlimited photo storage benefit included with Prime. Amazon Photos can auto-save photos on your phone so you never lose a single, precious moment. Offer valid through June 30. "
I’m tempted as we lost a bunch of photos that were on 2 computers when our home burned in January of 2014. I had backed up some but not all of the ones I had wanted to keep, being lazy and kept saying “I’ll finish it later”.
I have some questions for those who already use this feature. First, we do have Amazon Prime, which we use for watching TV as well as the free shipping.
Question: If I use this feature, can I choose which photos to store, or will it go into my computer and grab every photo on it and auto-back them up? That happened with one storage service I used (Dropbox) for a while, and it would grab every photo, even the ones I intended to be only temporary or that I hadn’t yet had time to sort through and delete the not-so-good ones since I often take several of the same scene and then keep only the best ones. Probably my fault for not understanding how to set up or change the permissions on that storage service properly, but it was a PITA, plus it just tossed all photos together, and I couldn’t figure out how to go in later and create folders and categories for them, especially when there were so many.
Second: How trustworthy is this? I don’t take photos I wouldn’t share, but I sure don’t want Amazon (or any other advertising company) using them without permission first. How protected is the service?
Third: Can you set up folders and folders within folders within folders, move photos around from one folder to another, delete and add photos to a folder without jumping through flaming hoops? Are the instructions for using the service simple and easy to follow?
Thanks! -

RE: WALGREENS $6mm and Get 7 Select Crest Toothpastes free after digitalQ's and RR's in two transactions (see post)
Just did this deal, and it worked like a charm. My store had just 2 of the 5.4 oz Crest with Scope, and the only other 5.4 oz size was Crest Intense Freshness, so I figured I’d try it. Loaded the $8 coupon (and ONLY that coupon) to my card, bought 2 with Scope and 2 intense Freshness, the $8 coupon came off at the register and then the $7 RR printed. Thank you, OP!

RE: FREE Crest & Oral-B Toothpaste, Toothbrush & Floss at Walgreens using Rewards Card w/coupons thru 8/17/19
Or the way I look at it…load the coupons, spend $5.97 plus tax out of pocket for the 3 items, and get a $7 RR to use on anything else you want. I got much-needed batteries from the previous deal similar to this. So for $5.97, I would end up with 1 toothpaste, 1 toothbrush, 1 floss AND a package of batteries - nice deal. Thanks, MrsGuin.

RE: Office Depot 11/3/19 - 11/23/19 - LAST WEEK (New change of terms): $4 BACK per recycled ink cartridge (limit 10 PER WEEK) with $10+ purchase - STILL WORKING THIS WEEK! - EARN $40 IN INK REWARDS WITH NO ADD'L PURCHASE - RUN!
My store had item 792989, Greenmade Professional Grade Box (27 gallon storage box) for $11.99, tons of them, which is what I bought on Saturday and turned in 10 cartridges in the same transaction. Yesterday I checked online, and it is now on sale for $9. I plan to buy another one each week it’s available and will just add something to bring the total sale to $10 or more. We’ve mostly been using the Staples ink rewards to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, batteries, mop refills, and other household items. I’ll probably do the same with the Office Depot rewards unless there is something really good in their Black Friday ad. Thanks for the tip on the 100% free after rewards batteries, MrVietnam. I’ll buy those during the final week. https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/792989/Greenmade-Storage-Tote-27-Gallons-30/

Same for me. I recycled 10 and purchased another tote. The $40 showed up today for me. Awesome deal!

Netgear Nighthawk AC2400 Router @ Staples $79.99, reg $199.99, BF deal
Sorry, I put this in the Hot Deals Black Friday category when I wanted it in the Hot Deals category where it would be more likely to be seen, and I don’t know how to change the category. (Forgiveness being begged in advance for my goof)
Replacing our Netgear R6100 AC12 Router purchased in February of 2014 at a cost of $99.99. There are no reviews on this Netgear Nighthawk AC2400 Dual Band Wireless & Ethernet Router, Black (R7350-100NAS), Staples Item #: 24416745 | Model #: R7350-100NAS though. I have $100 in Staples ink rewards to spend ($60 by the end of this month). Is this a good deal on an up-to-date router? Any discount coupons that would work if I do an online purchase today? Advice appreciated.

RE: Up to 40% off Mystery Code @Kohl’s thru Dec 04
By taking the Kohls Cash off first, the discount is less. Here’s an example. I had $20 in Kohls Cash and a 40% off code. I bought 2 packs of Hanes men’s underwear which was a Buy One Get 50% Off the Second Pack (a tricksy way of not saying you’re just getting a 25% discount on each package) priced at $40 each and a ladies’ nightgown on sale for $21.99
Men’s Underwear $40
Kohls Cash - $9.75
40% off - $12.10
Men’s Underwear $20
Kohls Cash - $4.87
40% off - $5.05
Missy Sleepwear sale price $21.99
Kohls Cash - 5.38
40% off - $6.65
Subtotal $37.19Now if this had been done with the 40% off taken first, it should have looked like this:
Men’s underwear $40
40% off - $16
Kohl’s Cash - $9.75
Men’s underwear $20
40% off - $8
Kohl’s Cash - $4.87
Missy Sleepwear $21.99
40% off - $8.80
Bal of $20 Kohls Cash - $5.38
Subtotal $29.19So I paid an additional $8 because they deduct the Kohls Cash first and then the 40% code.

RE: Free 3 Pack of Hallmark Cards
Wow, thank you so much! I’ve been stopping by my local Hallmark Cards store to get the Free Friday card, but now we’re doing a Staycation because we’re older, a higher risk category. Writing letters and sending cards to friends, especially a couple of close friends who already have serious health issues, is enjoyable and brightens their day as well as mine.

RE: Free Prime Gaming: Sheltered (PC Digital Download) thru 1/15/21
I did not know Prime Gaming existed. Thanks. I play two MMORPG browser-based games, which leave me little time to play downloaded games, and I prefer to play games where I interact with other players anyway. But this seems like it might be a fun change of pace now and then. Wonder if it’s a resource hog.
