On the receipts under “Easy Rewards Point Summary” it has:
Points redeemed today 800
Points remaining -800
The store manager had no idea, and suggested I call the support center.

The points posted quickly, and I received an email stating that I have 8600 points (only 19 empty cartridges X 400, plus 1000 for the battery.) It’s funny that they have one line for each cartridge.

I do like the fact that you don’t have to “spend” all the points at the same the same time like you did with the $40 rewards coupon.

The expiration date on the coupon has remained 3/31/24.

I checked my account yesterday, showing I earn 100 points per cart up to 10. Are you a premier member? or plus? I’m base.

I read it the same way as MisterCheap. I am a plus member. I also don’t see anything about my plus status going away.

Are you saying that you only have 100 points x10 for your Plus account?

No. I’m getting 400 points per cartridge with a limit of 20 per month.
