RE: Did Walgreens do away with free AARP membership promotion?
The free AARP membership promo is offered again this year. I didn’t see it advertised, but two weeks ago I purchased $15 of Walgreens health & wellness products and received the voucher. (I actually made two $15+ purchases to get an extra voucher for my mother-in-law.)
I suggest trying it no later than 8/31/19 cause that’s the end of the Walgreens’ month of August.

Chewy.com - Up to 50% off Treat Sale - 3 days only (exp 6/27/19?)
Chewy.com is having a treat sale, up to 50% off. Brands that I usually buy (Plato, Wellness Core) are 50% off.

Safeway (Albertson stores) - Free Plated Meal Kit (approx $14.99 value) for 4 rewards - YMMV (exp 6/30/19)
I have this offer on my Safeway account. Redeem 4 rewards for a free Plated Meal Kit. These kits sell for about $14.99 each. The offer is available until 6/30/19. Once you clip the reward, you have until 7/31/19 to use it.
I haven’t tried a Plated kit before, but I will now. Don’t know if this offer is available to all accounts, so YMMV.

Homedepot.com - Kitchenaid 9 speed hand mixer KHM926CU (silver) $58.98 AC (exp 3/17/19) + FS
I been looking for a hand mixer and thought this was a pretty good deal. Both Amazon & HD sell the "contour silver’ model for $65.53, but HD has a 10% off Kitchenaid items (THDSPRING10) coupon so HD’s final price is $58.98. And HD has free 2 day delivery. Coupon expires 3/17/19.
Kitchenaid hand mixer
(I ordered this same model from Kohls cause it was a better deal there. But Kohls sent me a lesser model (KHM929CU) so I returned it and ordered from HD. HD sent me the correct model) -
DDPerks (Dunkin) members - Load $10 on your account w/ Mastercard, get a $5 bonus (exp 1/10/19) YMMV?
Got this DD Perk on my DD app: "Enjoy a one time bonus of $5 when you load $10 on your DD Perks account through the DD App or DDPerks.com via Mastercard (excluding Masterpass). " Valid from 1/3/19 through 1/10/19 or while supplies last. Limit one bonus per person. Offer not valid in store.
I used the DD App and added $10 to my acct using MC. I didn’t receive any notification of the add’l $5, but I was credited for $15 so it did work for me.

RE: Office Depot/Max: $20 Discount When You Buy $150 (that's a 13.3% discount) Or More of Happy Lady, Happy Guy, Happy Teen, Happy Kid, Happy Bites, Happy Dining, Happy Eats gift cards [11/25/18 until 12/1/18]
Just FYI…when you use a Happy card, you process it as a credit card – not a gift card. (I purchased the Happy Bites at Safeway and have used it at Burger King.) I assume that, when the balance gets low, the register will reject it if the balance is less than the transaction total so you’ll have to treat it like a VISA GC, i.e. first pay the difference with cash then the balance with the card.
I keep a running total of my card balance so I know how much $$ is left on it.

Walgreen's Balance Rewards - bonus 5000 point 'clip to card' via email - Targeted
Walgreens sent out an email introducing a new 4000 point reward tier. (= $4) and made the 5000 point reward tier (= $5) the maximum tier. So 5000 points is the maximum you can redeem per transaction – the other higher tiers have been eliminated. These changes are eff. 11/4/18.
This email also contained a 5000 pt ‘clip to card’ as a way of saying ‘thanks’.
So if you have a lot of points accumulated, you may want to use them before 11/4/18. I had over 90,000 pts, so I placed two $50 orders to eat up 80,000 pts.

Discover Card ending Discover Deals on 10/31/2018
Received an email from Discover yesterday…
"We’ve decided to retire Discover Deals as we focus on simpler and more meaningful ways to earn rewards. Any pending rewards will be added to your account as usual.
Thank you for your loyalty. Keep an eye out for exciting things to come and don’t forget, you’re always earning rewards on every purchase with your Discover card."
I know DD wasn’t the greatest program, but it was something. Oh well.
