I just picked up the 5th of 5 BOPUS orders at store #3, ca. 20 minutes away from my home store, but the only mention of $5 in my “Thanks for your pickup order!” email was a small ad for the Y2Y Loyalty Program encouraging me to “enroll today!” so that I can get a $5 Reward for every 100 points. ::sigh::
Made the mistake of going into the store tonight – rather than straight to the CS desk, per plan – to see if I could “quickly” find something to spend some expiring blue KC on (refund from an OOS item in one of the BOPUS orders)…after wandering thru the store for what felt like an eternity three hours, I finally found my way to the CS desk: retrieved the BOPUS order but then couldn’t get past the Kohls.com homepage on my mobile device to log into my account and get the KC out of Wallet to apply to the new purchase…

…tonight, however, I’m going to skip that cup of cocoa and
recover from my shopping trip start resting up for the upcoming 30% promo on Sunday…and maybe a 40% Mystery Code on Monday, if Kohl’s repeats last year’s promotion…
