It’s hit or miss for me. Sometimes they go through sometimes they don’t. Just had a Colgate offer rejected where I used store coupons/discounts as well. So I only do it when it’s still a good deal if I don’t get it.

I had $2 pulled for A&H a couple of days ago, then $4 added because the system hadn’t recognized a bar code. I’m embarrassed to admit that I have >$1K in my iBotta account. Just haven’t bothered to cash out.
I don’t mind $2 but we’ll see how much they go after. January through July they were giving 2% back on all Shaw’s receipts. I bought a lot of g.c. and got 2% on them. That offer just went away. They had a disclaimer about not paying on g.c. purchases the last time I clipped the offer. There was $400 in g.c on my receipt. I got the 2% on the total ($400+) but haven’t had the 2% offer since then. I was getting at least $25/month for buying g.c.
Wow! I’m only at about $800 after 5.5 years. I’ve heard horror stories so I’ve always pulled my money out right when I got to $20, but I’ve never really had any problems. If they pull out the the money from my bank account for offers without the disclaimer all because they updated their Help section a few days ago, I’d be super pissed because you shouldn’t be expected to read that to check for new policy changes.
Sorry, it was yesterday morning. I already pulled out the money but sounds like they can pull it from my bank account but no indication of that yet.

It’s annoying that it’s only on certain offers so I’ll have to make sure to check each offer closely before buying.
As I pointed out in my post on the policy page it is banned across the board.

Well not as of yesterday at Kroger and Meijer at least. 2 offers at each that didn’t have the new note about stacking and I stacked coupons and they both went through quickly. Maybe that will change, but for now, it appears that as long as the specific offer don’t have the new note, you can stack.

Walgreens denied me the coupon. You have to purchase 1.00 or more AT THE TIME YOU GET YOUR FLU SHOT. I assumed I’d get a coupon print out w/the RX receipt but did not. Since insurance 100% covered the shot, there was no purchase. Or at least that’s what their customer service is saying. I’ve had rewards coupons print out after I pick up an RX.
FWIW, that wasn’t my experience at all. I didn’t pay anything for the covid booster and I still got the coupon.
Just to update, the coupon didn’t actually apply any money to our account. The cashier definitely seemed confused when we handed it to her. We probably should have confirmed right away but didn’t. Maybe could fight it, but haven’t.
I’m confused @mtnagel , handed her what coupon? the offer is digital, tied to your phone # on your account.
As for the catalina coupon, she was supposed to scan it and with a $1+ purchase, $10 in Wags Cash was supposed to be credited to your account which would show on THAT receipt. If she didn’t scan it, I’d bring your receipts from the RX and the $1+ purchase and have the manager manually credit your account the $10.

I got the booster. The cashier handed me the paper catalina coupon. My partner needed something and she already had $2 in her account, so she took the item and the coupon to the regular cashier to cash out. The cashier seemingly scanned the coupon, but as I mentioned, she seemed confused. My partner signed into her account with her phone number and used the $2 walgreens cash and paid the rest. We left. Neither of our accounts have the $10. Maybe we screwed up by trying to transfer it to another person. Maybe if I make a $1 purchase using my account the $10 reward would show up in my account since you say it’s digital. Would be nice to know if that would work before going as I don’t see any evidence of that in my account.

@briarycliffs Thanks for letting me know. It is odd that I had that NBPR gas rebate several months ago that worked in OH.
