There was similar offer for prepaid MC a few weeks ago. I was surprised to find they’d been removed from the stores in my state. We’ve never been able to purchase prepaid Amex but MC wasn’t a problem. Maybe the MC got pulled because of the theft issues.
I saw plenty of Visa’s so I’ll be getting those for 5% on Chase Ink.
Limit 1 per customer but no Rewards card needed since no Rewards earned for gc purchases so its up to the cashier to enforce the limit.

FYI the coupon inside the Hylan’s is a folded up ‘directions’ type sheet. If there, it’s smack in the middle of the two bottles, you open it up (like an old road map) and you’ll see two coupons on the bottom, one is for the Kids Cold products and scans on this double pack.
I learned to check several boxes. Some have information sheet w/o any coupons. If you don’t see any color on the insert, you don’t have coupons. The insert w/o coupons is black & white.
@mmyk - I’ve been getting a couple of bottles each transaction. No issues w/ the ip but my transactions usually have ~ 10 items with 10 coupons so 2 Hydralyte ip’s are just part of the stack.

the closest I was able to get to $20 was $9.99 3-pack of t shirts and $11.49 8 pack of briefs.
total $21.48, getting back $21.07
Any other good combinations? You have to spend $20 to get $20 back and if you spend more than $20 you only get $20 back.

I did reconnaissance at WM. The $1 BE veggies were small Steamfresh corn, peas, mixed vegetables and broccoli pieces. Broccoli florets were $1.97. I was underwhelmed by veggie choices so instead I got 4 boxes of $1 brownie mix and a $0.98 jar of green (dill) relish. Total $4.98. Paid w/ WM gc.
For a brief second I considered getting 5 jars of relish for $0.10 MM. -

@mrvietnam I just submitted a receipt for $1 BE broccoli and in one minute I had the confirmation and verification that it qualified. Seriously. I submitted at 7PM and at 7:01 had 2 emails.
For those who use S* and CO 51, I just submitted my relish receipt for the Vlasic offers. It says “any Vlasic pickles” but S* accepted the UPC when I entered it so I’ll know in a few days. Should hear from CO51 sooner than that. Paid 98¢ at WM, hoping to get back 50¢ from S* and 50¢ from CO51.
There are currently several offers for Udi’s bread on S*. Bread is at least $5 but I have the following offers:
Save $1.25 when you buy any ONE (1) Udi’s® Bread 12oz, Soft White or Multigrain.
Save $2.25 when you buy any ONE (1) Udi’s® Bread 24oz, Soft White or Multigrain.
Save $1.00 when you buy any ONE (1) Udi’s® Bread 12oz, Soft White or Multigrain.
Save $2.00 when you buy any ONE (1) Udi’s® Bread 24oz, Soft White or Multigrain. So I can either get back $2.25 for the 12 oz. loaf or $4.25 on a 24 oz loaf.

RE: PSA: SINKING SHIP ALERT! 72 more KMart/Sears stores to closeposted in Expired Deals
@jbw The only Macy’s in our state closed.
@barrytuneup We don’t have many independent major appliance sellers and Sears offers best prices and free delivery as well as removal of the old appliance.
HOWEVER both when I bought new upright freezer and new refrigerator from Sears I kept my old units because recycling program picks up (for free) and one receives $50 check for the old appliance. The recycler is based in MA and makes the rounds to pick appliances in several states. Have you checked to see if that’s an option in your area? The purpose is to get older, less efficient appliances replaced by newer more efficient ones.
While free removal is nice, getting paid for free removal is even nicer.

RE: SYWR Points Back with Purchase Offers Threadposted in Hot Deals
@mrvietnam Here’s a copy of what I posted when the deal was for a riveter.
OK, so here’s what I do with tool deals. e.g. •Craftsman General Purpose Riveter $5.92 w/ $0.94 SYWR points back (reg. $12.99)
Requires FreeCash/Surprise Points. Last week I had $12 in FreeCash.
I bring riveter to the register (only works on Tools and B&M). Tell the cashier I want to pay full price.
They scan item, get to screen that asks “would customer like an instant gift card?”.
Cashier enters “yes”. Price jumps to $12.99.
I pay $12 in FreeCash, 99¢ with Sears gc.
Cashier then issues gc for $7.77. $7.77 = $12.99 (regular price) - $5.92 (sale price) + 10%.
I do this A LOT. Have earned hundreds in Sears gc.Its called the “regular price offer”. Here’s the description from website:
Pay full price & receive a Sears gift card for 10% more than you will save with the sale price. Not valid with discounts or coupons -

@my4mainecoons This socket set is good for when you have a lot of points to cash out.
Reg price $99.99 (hah!) sale price $29.99. Difference $70 + 10% = $77.
My acct has $12 wyb $60 Free Cash.
Transaction #1:
Socket set scans for $29.99. Tell cashier I want to pay full price.
Price jumps to $99.99.
Apply the $12/$60 FC. Total now $87.99.
Pay with $87.99 in points. Receive $77 gc.
Balance $87.xx in points.Transaction #2:
Socket set scans for $29.99. Add in a bottle of hand soap for $1.
I have a $15/$100 coupon.
Tell cashier I want to pay full price. New total $100.99
Apply coupon. New total $85.99.
Pay with points. Receive additional $77 on gift card.I paid $132 w/ gc and I’m putting $154 back on to the gc.
They can add funds to gc’s so I keep using the same gc until the stripe wears out. -

The T&C for the $125/$125 offer are confusing. One sentence says pts awarded in 24 hrs and are good for 30 days. Next sentence says they’re awarded the next day and expire in 7 days. Won’t know true expiration until points post. Would be nice if we had 30 days in which to use them.
I looked up a Kenmore vacuum cleaner for $138 and it shows that the $125 back in points are awarded in 12 installments over the next 12 months. You may want to check on that for yourself.
that’s a different promotion but good thing Mr. V is going to pay for his vacuum w/ points.
There are 2 separate promotions. One is for tools and the other is for anything in the store and those pts are issued over 12 mo. I posted the T&C for tools above. -
RE: SYWR Points Back with Purchase Offers Threadposted in Hot Deals
HEADS UP!!! If you didn’t jump on the tools deal yesterday its NLA.

@dionaea I got the $22 chicken one but no reviews yet. There’s also a $15.99 small breed variety which I’m going to give to the cats-- putting a little at a time in their usual food. The major difference between dog & cat food is that taurine is always in cat food but not necessarily in dog food and cats fed dog food regularly could become taurine deficient. I’ve mixed dog food into cat food in the past and it hasn’t caused any problems.

@briarycliffs I’ve actually done quite well at PetSmart in the past 6 months. I bought $5/1 dry cat food ProPlan coupons and used them with the $10 PetSmart crt, each purchase generating another CRT. Ended up paying $1- $4 for 6 lb bags. Did 2-4 back to back transactions in stores until I’d used all 20 q’s. More recently did price match to dot.com using email targeted store coupons and current edition of the $5/1 ProPlan.Last year stockpiled Precious Cat & Oko Cat. Petco had a store q for $10/1 Precious cat and the 10 lb box was $10.99. I bought all there was in my area and had friends & family pick it up near them. Can’t recall the deal for Okocat but I was getting it at supermarket. When it runs out I’ll go back to using horse pellets.
