Yesterday I used Shaw’s gc to purchase a $75 Chewy gc and received the $15/$15. Used $15 Shaw’s egc’s purchased for TCB bonus back when we only had to spend $15 to earn the bonus.

I’m thinking about getting the largest multipack available— for Halloween. Maybe Costco?
I’ve given out Nature Valley granola bars in past years, thanks to GM rebates.
Last year I gave out NutriGrain bars courtesy of a Kellogg rebate. Kids weren’t thrilled lol but not my problem. -

@mtnagel a chicken Caesar salad or chicken Alfredo pasta & 20 oz bottle of Coke = $10.98+ tax.
For another $1 can get 2L coke instead of 20 oz.
IDK if there’s a coupon for entrees. -

I like this stuff in Kind bars. The problem with this product is the certainty that I would eat the whole bag at once. Bars are better for those of us who lack self control.

RE: No-fee $200 Virtual Visa GC (max. 5) @Staples.composted in Hot Deals
This is the first time I’ve seen Staples offer no activation fee for virtual cards.
Last week (ended yesterday) there was the usual no activation fee for physical $200 Visa gc and the week before that there was no activation fee for $200 MC gc.
I wonder if the virtual Visas will become part of the monthly rotation.
They don’t carry many denominations of MC gc online. -

RE: Bump Expired Amazon Save $10 when you buy $35 of select items Chex Snacks, Granola Bars, Cereal, Etc |Now!| ExpUnkposted in Hot Deals
The 20 oz. Chex Mix tubs are 50¢ cheaper at Amazon ($7.47) than Target ($7.99) before the $10 off. $7.47 at WM.
5@$7.47=>$37.35-$10/$30= $27.35 for 100 oz, 27.3¢/oz.BUT while price checking WM came across this which is 25.9¢/oz.
I’d pay the extra 2¢/oz at Amazon for tubs that can be recycled vs bags from WM. Tubs reseal better too. Not to mention it being easier to shop Amazon than to go to WM (unless you have WM+ or whatever its called).

RE: Staples imposes a fee of $2.99 for recycling a battery in certain states as of 5/3/26.posted in Hot Deals
@mistercheap It’s crazy how they change things without notice. Last year my account that can recycle 30/month suddenly was only able to get credit for 10. That happened for 2 months then it went back up to 30. An account that had 15/month when the new program began got dropped to just the 6. Then 3 months ago as I handed in the 6, the cashier told me that I could recycle 16 more (16+6). The account was also upgraded to VIP even though it hasn’t done anything but recycle & redeem Rewards. Lesson learned: check the accounts before recycling.
I recently used Rewards to buy a Toto toilet seat 😃. Using a $20/$75 coupon it was cheaper than Amazon or WM so no PM needed. Now I’m saving for the little handheld Dyson. Dysons don’t get discounted and are excluded from coupon use at Macy’s, Kohl’s, etc. but not at Staples.

Buy a $20 egc from TCB, earn $2.50.
Make a purchase through ShopBack. Pay using the egc. Earn % from ShopBack? Not sure if this still works, but for those with j4u, buy supermarket eGC. The next time you buy Zift cards use the supermarket eGC to pay.

RE: Bump Expired Amazon Ball Regular Mouth Mason Jars 8 oz. (12 Pack) - Half Pint Size Jars with Airtight Lids and Bands for Canning, Fermenting, Pickling, Meal Prep or DIY Decors U $24.99 = $11.99 ExpUnkposted in Expired Deals
Last year I bought 40 wide mouth quart jars for $25 on Marketplace place. Kept 15 and sold the other 25 for $20.
I store almost everything in Mason jars. If you have a FoodSaver use the jar attachment on Mason jars to keep everything fresher for longer. Opened blocks of cheese won’t mold or dry out for months. The cats get a raw diet. I make ~6 weeks worth and freeze it in jars.
