I only have a 50% off on m&m crunchy cookie so I guess it varies by individual.
50% is on the large size bag, 100% on the single serve sizes for me.
I didn’t have the small size offer at all.

@mrvietnam The app I really use is Ibotta. Occasionally use fetch. And nothing else. I signed up swag account many years ago but got a sting from the first offer I participated (had all sorts of problems with login and my account never got the credit for it) so never used it again.

I meant from putting the item in shopping cart to check out and scan the receipt was within a couple hours at the most. Obviously I didn’t go to store just to get one item.

I start to hate those freebies. It happened several times to me that i activated the free offers but when i tried to submit the receipt after i bought the items, they were gone, disappeared completely from the list of offers (even though they weren’t expired) so can’t submit. That drives me crazy cuz often i don’t personally like the items, but i buy them to give to people who likes them. After happened a few times i wrote to ibotta about it. Their answer was that sometimes the offer filled up quickly so they have to pull it early. Well, i don’t have problem with them pulling offer early, but i do have problem with them pulled off after i added the offer and not giving me any kind notification that it’s no longer available. I even made a suggestion that instead of total disappearance they could mark the offer expired/nla or grayed it out so members know what’s going on. i think the best solution is they should decide to pull offer based on number of people has activated that particular offer. To me, it’s just plain wrong to pull after people has activated the offer and not telling them.
Best advice is, check IB when you get to the store to see if it’s there. Then scan the receipt immediately after you shop on the app. If you check at 8AM, shop at 4PM and wait to 9PM to scan you may find it is long gone.
That’s what I have been trying to do, and I even scan the item before I put it in my shopping cart to make sure they are the right item, but sometimes as soon as I checked out and scan the receipt right there, but the offer no longer there anymore, all within a couple of hours.

Exactly! I never got my Thanksgiving and Christmas OD cash back and the 2 $2.5 “bonus” they dangled for! They both tracked but the cash back was “declined by merchant citing different channel”. What different channel? I don’t use any other portals (haven’t used the old cashrebate portal for almost two years now). What makes me sick to stomach is that I didn’t need those items but made those transactions just because of the $2.5 “special promotions.” Now I’m going to sign up for another portal. So sick of TCB!
I didn’t know the $30 pretax purchase has to be in one receipt to get the rebate (I remember before can be cumulative, you could upload multiple receipts). I’ve made several purchases of Olay products this quarter totaling over $100 but from different stores and each with a dollar or a few penny shy of $30. Gosh!
2 weeks now and I still haven’t got it. I had trouble uploading the receipt (kept telling me incomplete receipt, missing info) which was not true, so I asked for manual review, but never heard back. Sent them an email and was told they are swamped and doing their best.
I actually like this brand. Unfortunately I’m too late to see this post and that all my local stores are oos.
NM - i just saw that kroger has it on sale right now for $3.97 and they have more flavor selections. Can’t believe OD is charging $8.99 if not do the store pickup.
I’m having problems with tcb as well. Right now have 3 open claims. All with officedepot purchases. Most involves the extra cash back tcb offered but i never received. I think i need to stop using them going forward. Sick of having to track them down and follow up again and again. Wasted so much time and energy.

Gosh, all morning i couldn’t access to this site, kept giving me the error messages. Phatwallet server was down i think, but it took me forever to find out. I’m surprised nobody else reported the problem or mentioned online at all so i really thought was something wrong at my end.
