@mrvietnam wish I’ve waited. I just bought the 8pk paper towels yesterday to satisfy the monthly spending even though I have plenty of them in stock.

https://www.busch.com/snowdayI don’t see my city on the list. Does that mean we are not allowed to participate? Normally we don’t get much snow, but we are having the worst winter since 1984 and last night we got 8 inches already.
As long as you are in a participating state, one city in each is chosen for official totals. We are also expecting a whopping amount today in Kentucky, after an ice storm last week and another round of ice overnight.
Looks like we’re in the neighboring states. We got the same.

Still no Greek Gods yogurt, oat milk or Perfect peanut butter cups but I found the Coke with coffee and Scorchin Pringles today. The store had pickle slices but not the free pickle chips.
Picked up 2 @ $0.49 Valentine’s day cards and received the $2 from Hallmark.
I found Oatsome, but my store has it for $2.92, and for some reason it was taxed. It must be coded as a soft drink for it to be taxed in PA. I didn’t buy.
It’s taxed like protein powder or energy drinks.

@mrvietnam back then I wasn’t paying attention to this (with moving and changing job from frequently travel to no travel at all) so forgot to use the card for 12 months obviously. When I realized it (about15 months later) they told me I could buy the points back at 50% off, half penny per point. I was not going to pay that price so I have up.
Anyway, does anyone know the answer to my question “is the 5th night free apply to the no fee hilton card?”. Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly 30,000 pts = 1 night hotel stay at a decent property.
If that has a retail value of $120, then $5000 spend = $40 hotel credit or < 1% reward per $1 spent. It seems a citi double cash card could do better or are my point conversions bad?Citi double cash is pretty good plus you have the flexibility to use cash as you please.
Hilton points shine when you bank them and use them at a good point conversion ratio. The point conversion is better at European properties. Not only that, I try to use them on a five night stay - the 5th night is free. We travel with my adult son and normally the 3rd person will cost at least $50 night - but a lot of times, the point rate is the same as for two people. Hilton is better in this regard than IHG and Marriott. And if you have the fee Hilton Amex card, you have at least a gold status that still works with the free night. Had some amazing experiences with Hilton.
Note - if you have a fee card, then per month credit is more than $5 - in my case it is $10 - will pay for the annual fee.
Is the 5th night free benefit only for the fee card? I don’t suppose it applies to the regular hilton card? It’s a pity that i had the no fee card for over 20 years but never redeemed any points and then one day i found out the points were all gone (expired). I know it was my own fault to oversight.

Non alcoholic seltzer isn’t sweetened. Seltzer isn’t the same as club soda or fizzy water, it has a taste that not everyone likes. I wouldn’t expect Hard Seltzer to be sweet.
I tried Coors hard seltzer and they are not bad. It has a bit more sugar than the Basic brand. But the problem with Basic brand is not just lack of flavor, it’s the smell that i couldn’t stand it. I was going to pour them down the drain but then read somewhere that beer can be used to water plants so i will try that. Lol

My local OD manager said that the daily limit for any gift card is now 1 card per person. So there’s no way to get the promotion now. Stupid rule!
Did you show him the promo?
I tried to but noticed the sign was gone. But i explained the promotion to the manager and he said the promotion was from visa, he has nothing to do with it. He insisted it’s the OD from top told him it’s only 1 card per person now due to security concerns, and that’s why they had taken down the promotion sign, he said. I really want to straight this out with their Corporate, but have no way (or don’t know how) to reach them.

I got the offer at both of the Kroger affiliates in the area. Interestingly at one affiliate it had a max value of $3.48 and $3.99 at the other. I wonder if there are any coupons in the inserts for this milk or printable. I’ll have to check. Peelies are so YMMV. Unfortunately out here no stores I know of doubles. Strange, my Kroger doesn’t carry it. Anyway, the offer disappeared under the store even though its still in bonus section, really weird.

Paying in rewards you won’t get the 20/25% rewards. Also, I’ve never gotten any cash back from any portal when paying with rewards because the purchase total always showing as 0 (cuz rewards were treated as coupon). Hate that!

@mrvietnam i got messed up last time when i did online price match. I used a 20% coupon when i placed the order. Then i chatted online asking for price matching to Amazon. I didn’t realize the agent still applied the 20% coupon to the matching price. Normally it’s a good thing but not in this case, because the 20% off knocks down the item price to below $10. So ended up i had to cancel that order and placed another order without the coupon. And then asked to price match. Just unnecessary hassle.
