When I buy mixed lots I’m looking to resell the ones I’m not going to use. I know the American Spirits used to pull a good price, but I haven’t gotten any in awhile and haven’t kept up.
Yea the fees kill you which is why I don’t sell as often as I used to. You have to build up a good supply and the expiration dates make it impossible on some. Marlboro usually has the best expiration dates…sometimes four months out which gives you time to stockpile. All my Marlboros are 3/31 exp. So I’ll wait for at least February’s coupons to come before I list them.
The reason I put a low buy it now price on is because people will sometimes bid more than the face value and that scares me. Either they are going to say they didn’t get them or not pay and then you have to go back to the lower bidders and see if they are still interested.
If you put it up with a low enough buy it now price you’ll almost always sell the popular ones before someone bids and kills the buy it now feature.
Personally I would sell the Am. Spirits separately (you may get more before they expire)
I see a new single $25 coupon, Started at a dollar and the first bid was $19…it’s going to sell for 20+.
I believe there is no listing fees on the first 100 listings per month if you start the biding at 99 cents or less. And you can still but a BIN price in if you want.
Might want to put the lower coupons in their own separate auction. I don’t see any listings for packs right now and would be better for those that don’t buy by the carton.
P.S. All I got was my 2 regular $1 off coupons.
