Can I pay with a Staples gift card and still earn 100% rewards?
Yes you can. just not rewards. Also, if there’s a competitor coupon floating around from Office Depot (sometimes they have a $15 off $50 print Q) you can get $115 for $100 then get back $100 in rewards ($100 spend PRE TAX of course)

Unless this is different from previous offers, the offer is only for products that can be printed in the store. Things like mugs, Christmas cards, wedding invitations and return address stamps are not done in store. IIRC someone here got a banner. I might get yard sale signs. Anything ordered online (whether done at the store or not) does not qualify.

Depends on the Staples, I know some larger stores definitely do Christmas Cards, you can ask about the other items or call first. You might be right on the mugs, but anything that’s printed on various stock type papers can be done at least at some locations.
