The sign at the store was different from this. The date was 2/16 - 2/22 and the limit was $25. Someone in another website mentioned it might be fat finger error so last night i went to the store and bought $200 happy gc. The rewards posted today for $25. So it’s either a printing error or could be 2 different promotions.

I shop at Macy’s A LOT, so that’s what i get most of the time (happy lady, happy her). Yes, i redeemed several hundred worth of happy holiday cards at chase last time when they offered 10% off.

@niniss the fine print at Office Depot.com clearly said rewards limit of $75. if you get short changed, be sure to screen shot the T&C and call their rewards line to fight for the extra $25 credit. OD is usually very good about honoring their ‘written’ word.

@niniss the fine print at Office Depot.com clearly said rewards limit of $75. if you get short changed, be sure to screen shot the T&C and call their rewards line to fight for the extra $25 credit. OD is usually very good about honoring their ‘written’ word.
when I posted this Sunday, the TC were clearly for $75 limit, they’ve since changed it to $25. and I don’t have a screenshot, but assure you it was $75. I’d still call and tell them on Sunday it said $75 and that’s why you bought $200.*
OP was copy/pasted T&C from officedepot.com, was NOT a typing error on my part.

Well, i bought on the 18th, so i can’t really demand for more. But if i bought after 19th then might have a chance to argue.
Oh, i believe you cuz even last night i still saw their term of $75, but was from 2/19 to 2/22. So since i bought on 18th i can’t ask for more.

I’m confused, you said you only got $25 for buying $200 on the 18th? I’m not sure when they changed the fine print on the website, if you only got $25 expecting $50, I’d still call and say you were expecting $50 based on the online fine print you saw on Sunday.

@mistercheap no Misterc, what you posted was for 2/19 -2/22, since i bought on 18th i have no ground to asking for more. Because the store sign was "get 25% ( $25 maximum) from 2/16 - 2/22. That’s why i was thinking it could be 2 different promotions.

@mistercheap ok, i just checked OD.com again, they just changed the fine print, it is now the same as the store ads. $25 from 2/16 - 2/22. So the whole thing was indeed an error, not 2 different promotions.
