not any cup, the Panera cup. keep your receipt from when you ordered as proof of the date/time. Refills are indeed free at Panera on the coffee/ice coffee/hot tea.

I got 3 cups today. Sat in parking lot for 10 min. to make sure it had reset. I’m currently using a 2 month freebie from entering P&G receipts. Will I be able to get the 3 month offer after the 2 months ends?
Later in the day I drink decaf. The Panera closest to me stops serving decaf at 2PM. Makes no sense. So instead I get a large iced tea without ice, black. Reheat it the next AM. The iced tea is 50% larger than the large hot coffee.

That makes sense.
Their ice coffee is very hit or miss. There’s only one local location that makes it properly. The rest is too watered down.
And for the life of my I don’t understand why they don’t get what extra almondmilk means. Even with extra almondmilk, the coffee is not very milky looking or tasting, vs if you get regular milk.

@dangeruss On Sunday I ordered online (using $5/$20 discount code that should have expired 12-31). I included a free large decaf in the order. I brought an empty cup & lid with me. I picked up the order and ate it in the cafe. I didn’t drink the decaf. I put it in the car then I went to the counter with my empty cup and asked for a refill. Got a 2nd cup of decaf to bring home. They can’t refill used cups right now due to COVID which I knew but I had the empty for show. Since it was a refill it didn’t get entered into the system.
45 minutes later but 2+ hrs after I picked up the online order I was able to get another free cup in the system.

Well we’ve been renewing every month since August. I think the latest one was 1 month, but yes, I was unable to sign up for the 3 months due to some error, but it still seems to be working.

I usually order before I drive out so that it’s waiting for me when I get there. With the customizations my wife asks for I would probably wait 15 minutes at the drive through.
What do you not like about the app? I know they took away the ability to add whip cream, etc, but we just put it in the comments now and most of the time they do it for you.

@dangeruss On the app I couldn’t make comments about lunch order. I could customize but not say e.g. “no utensils”. Interesting that you found a place to add comments.
I’m just getting black coffee whether it be decaf or iced w/o ice with the coffee subscription. Any wait is due to whomever is in front of me.
This past weekend even though I wrote “no utensils” in the comments they still gave them to us.
