20% off USPS Forever Stamps…priceless.
-
Thanks Cheap, Since one must spend $10 out of pocket a month to get ink rewards, a few of these will come in handy.

My ODepot store allows me to use rewards for postage stamp purchase, no need to give them money. YMMV of course

@lorenw Thanks for the tip. I haven’t done business with OD/OM for many years. Live and learn.
-
@sonofzeus @LORENW as does mine, in fact just picked up a $100 GC in store yesterday at $80, turned around and used it on a book of holiday Forever Stamps.

I see that for a $100 gift card purchase, I have $1 in pending rewards, they seem to have given me the 2% on the pre coupon value
The $80 spent on the giftcard, also shows as spend toward the VIP status, it put me over the $500, and my VIP is now pending
Both of those tidbits were news to me, maybe this info will help others, I want VIP so I can grab some free rewards for doing ratings on their products

When Office Depot offers free after rewards items, I can pay with an Office Depot gift card and still get the rewards back, right?
I bought 10 $10 Office Depot gift cards for $80. In California when your gift card balance is under $10 you can cash out your gift card. So that means after I make one purchase on these gift cards of any amount, the remaining balance I can get back in cash.
When ordering online, even in separate orders, it will only let you get $100 worth at the $20 discount. Can anyone confirm if you order $100 worth online, can you also get $100 worth in store (they are different coupon numbers).
In case anyone is wondering, my order for 10 $10 physical gift cards isn’t scheduled to arrive until around January 8, 2018.Thanks, OP. Good deal. I did the same thing at Rite Aid when they were giving 20% off their gift cards about a week or so ago. I ordered 10 $10 gift cards from them, too. I love being able to cash out gift cards when they are under $10.

Just back from the store. The register would not allow me to buy the Office Depot gift cards using a Visa gift card. The cashier didn’t care but the register wouldn’t allow it. Online though I was successful paying with a Visa gift card, so go figure.
I can also confirm that you can get $100 in store even if you got $100 already online. I didn’t try to get more as $200 is enough for me, but I think it probably would have worked as long as they were in separate transactions.

I have used O Depot gift cards to pay for out of pocket money to trigger ink rewards and normal rewards/rebate offers numerous times.
Just do not try to se a merch/return credit and expect to get a rebate/reward

Could any deal-fu master opine about OD/OM price match policies?
- Online, in-store, 1-800 orders?
- Whom do they match?
- Proof of lower price required?
-
To use up ODepot rewards , I have used price match in the store, at the normal register
I print a page of the ad, and almost every time the register person just adjusts it, rarely a manager had to be called over.
Things sold and shipped by Amazon work easily for me, even if the item doesn’t exactly match,
example, Logitech 510 wireless mouse, Amazon had 4 colors, all at different prices, OD matched the lower one I had a copy of, and I got the more expensive color that they had on the shelf. When you price match, don’t ask them to, just present the print out and say you have a price match , don’t give them a chance for the no word.

If I presented a screen shot of a clearance priced item at Walmart, would they blink?
