Sorry, don’t see a list of participating restaurants, hopefully some good ones. THIS WILL STACK with any dining rewards on your credit card. For instance, Discover now has 5% at rest. to 9/30, so you’d get 10% back total.

This has been around for awhile. This program is similar to neighborhood nosh, who has been giving 5% for years. In fact the list of participating restaurants for rakuten seems almost identical to neighborhood nosh. From my experience these programs know when you are trying to link a card to two rewards programs and will ask you to remove it from the previously linked program.

do you have a link that shows participating restaurants?

Well I went to a bar yesterday that was on the list and don’t see anything in Rakuten yet. I also had a 4.5% GPay offer and 4% Upside offers, but Upside specifically said the receipt had to have the last 4 of my credit card, which the receipt didn’t, so I’m sure I won’t get that.

The only catch is you have to rate the restaurants after you dine there to receive rewards. I usually say good food and service and that’s it. I think rakuten might require reviews also, but unsure.

Also both programs promote usually less popular and independent restaurants that need more business, so don’t expect all your favorites to be featured.
