It kind of is in California, at least after I make a purchase of any amount. In California we are allowed to cash out gift cards of $9.99 or less. But even if I couldn’t cash out, $3.50 for a $10 gift card is a great deal.

The Dunkin one is a good choice for me. I use their app and they always have good $1-2 drink specials to redeem for. So $3.50 with tax for a $10 Dunkin Card works out well in my case.

I get $5 DD or Starbucks eGC from P&G every month. I don’t frequent either of them. I’m too cheap. I keep adding to my SB gc balance and have sent the DD eGC to my favorite coupon seller on CFM. Some day I might want a SB while waiting in an airport.

Fred Meyer / QFC has a $2 DQ for the 4oz that is currently on sale for $4.79. So I got that because it’s actually cheaper than the 2oz with the DQ. $2.79+tax = $3.07 total. Submitted the receipt yesterday and got the $10 reward this morning!
