I know I have bought this before at RIte Aid when they used to have deals to get it for next to nothing, but I cannot remember how many I bought. I was just be making up a number out of the blue.
Since they do not require a receipt, I guess an estimate is all they are looking for:
No additional proof of purchase will be required beyond a timely and properly submitted Claim Form, provided such claim includes an attestation to the purchase(s) under penalty of perjury.

@MrVietnam This was offered at RA a couple of times, maybe 2 or 3 times? Think the limit may have been 4 even on some (this is going back 4 years when it was the old program too) I know actually used a tube and had a bunch sitting in my garage too. Don’t have receipts of course, but I did claim for 5 as I easily bought that many. Stuff was weird and stopped using it after 2 or 3 brushings.
