I’m already used to blanking out and ignoring ads on many of the media suppliers we use so the ads don’t really cause me to lose focus on the program itself, we budget our spending very carefully, and I’m not going to pay another $3 a month ($36/year) for Amazon Prime. Get something to drink, go to the bathroom, feed the dog, whatever during commercials.

This disgusts me! My DVR lets me skip advertisements, when I tape shows from channels. This from Amazon Video, is a streaming service, so I can’t use my DVR to tape it!
