Have not seen any posts here lately and have not received any bonus codes from Disney.
Anyone know what is going on?

DMI restricted movie ticket purchases to 100 points, no matter how many tickets you buy. Disney has been going through a cost-cutting phase, and DMI was one of the targets. Customer service is sparse, the ability to earn points has been severely curtailed.

The other two major movie studios with rewards programs recently shut theirs down entirely. Sony Rewards shut down a few days ago, you have until the end of the year to redeem points but can’t earn them. Universal All-Access Rewards at least gave users notice before shutting down.

Disney Movie Insiders Where Fans Become Insiders
Thank you for 18 years of movie magic!

Since the Disney Movie Insiders program was reimagined in 2019, previously Disney Movie Rewards from 2006–2019, millions of members have earned and redeemed points for unique rewards featuring their favorite Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm stories. Our fans became Insiders and we remain deeply grateful for your membership since 2016. Now, it’s time to say goodbye.

The Disney Movie Insiders program will sunset on December 4, 2024. Over the coming months, we encourage you to redeem your points for rewards from our collection. Points can continue to be used on a variety of offerings, including posters, movies, Disney Gift Cards, sweepstakes, and more.

Our members’ passion and enthusiasm for content across The Walt Disney Studios has always been at the heart of our program. We appreciate your continued support and understanding and your loyalty is sincerely appreciated. Being a part of our members’ fandom has been a truly rewarding experience.

    Important dates

    • Dec 3rd - Last day to redeem points
    • Dec 4th - Program and accounts closed
    • Dec 17th - Final day for Member Services

  • I guess that’s all of them: Sony Rewards, Universal All-Access Rewards, Disney Movie Insiders.

Disney gave out the most merchandise and tangible items. Bunch of corporate penny pinchers… can’t give loyal customers a free tote bag because that would require an employee to build a website and an employee for customer service on the website.

  • As a heads up, rewards are selling out fast the past 2 days. I suggest spending your points now rather than later.

  • $50 egift card available now for 6500 points if anyone hasn’t cashed out yet.

  • If I redeem the Disney+ 90 day trial offer for 0 points, does the 90 day free trial start immediately or can I start it whenever I want? The reason why I ask is I have been paying $3 a month for nearly the last year for Disney+ and Hulu on a Black Friday offer from last year. They may run the same promo again this year, but just in case they don;t it would be good to get this trial for 0 points if I can bank it to see if there is a better offer come Black Friday.

Out of stock now. You would think being the last day that you can get rewards that they would put plenty of gift cards on the site so people could use their points. Unless of course their plan is not to let people use their points

Do you guys think they go by Eastern time at Disney or West Coast time because if today’s the last day I wonder if 9 PM Pacific is probably the last time to snag a reward or is it later? I still have enough points for $30 more in gift cards, but I may not be able to use them because they’re always out of stock. It’s my own fault. I should’ve checked every day the last several days, but I waited till the last minute…
