I do trust Amazon, but these are being shipped by a third party. I know in the past there have been issues with fakes (for example toothbrush heads). I’m not even sure how you can ship this much toilet paper profitably if you’re not Amazon. You’d have to get pretty heavy discounts from the shipping companies (meaning a lot of volume) to be able to pull that off.
I’m going to pass on this deal, mostly because I prefer scott and charmin tends to clog up the toilets around here. But I’d love to know how this all shakes out, so please report your experiences once you get it.

Amazon has been good in the past when I’ve gotten fakes, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger.
Upon reflection, this is probably a fake product offering. But perhaps I’ll be pleasantly surprised. If it’s fake, I’ll do a chargeback and be done with it.

Yea lets see what happens. Amazon has usually been great with returns, but I can only imagine if they asked you to pay return shipping on this - it would be more than the item is worth, so most people would just keep it.

If it’s fake, then I wouldn’t return it. I would say “Obvious fraud, not going to engage”.

Confirmed fraud. Amazon already refunded my purchase - sounds like they’ve had a lot of these.
