Please note that this offer obviously requires on-line registration, as well as the purchase of BP gasoline.
One could also argue that it does not belong in Hot Deals, because you are simply earning reward points, which can be apparently be redeemed for future BP fuel purchases or travel on United Airlines.
In order to avoid splitting hairs, I’m leaving it where it is. I think we all have to accept that sometimes, we stumble across “deals” that don’t necessarily fit perfectly in any given category, much like the Coke Rewards thread.

Not necessarily for new users, but may overlap with a different offer to complete your profile. I sent the text, got a link and got a code, but when I tried to add the code to my account, I got an error message that the code had already been claimed.

So in other words, if one had already signed up for text offers from a previous offer, they aren’t going to be able to use the code they get from this one?

Got a txt msg today: Raise the sunroof! Your Summer of Savings continues with a fresh deal… Exp 7/11/18
Followed the link and swiped to reveal my discount… 20¢ off per gallon. Saved the code to my Google Pay wallet, then entered the Offer Code on to my BP Rewards account. Previously, the discount had a longer shelf life than stated on original offer, but this time it actually says it expires on 7/11/18.
