If so, did they ask for a photo of the sticker, since I’m sure they will not be on the boxes, per usual.

Submissions with original purchase receipt, original package UPC’s, original promotional sticker from package and complete name, address, and zip code must be mailed and received by 01/31/18. Offer void if these items are not included, and received by 01/31/18. Limit one refund per family, address or household and right is reserved to confirm identity.
When they say one per family, can you do one 14lbs and one 19lbs? The problem may be the promotional sticker, without that it probably not going to be honored.

When I click the original post rebate link, it shows as being able to submit it online, and it says Recommended to submit online, over mailing

This has the exact same rebate offer numbers as the one I sent in back in March 2017, so if you did Slide rebate then, this wouldn’t work, since limit is one per household/family.
For reference there is a post on SD from March, Phatwalletforums archives are not quite that old…
