I was making a 500+ mile round trip every weekend for 6 months when settling my Dad’s estate. I timed out stops at Panera’s every 2 hours along the way. I’d order for the next stop from the current location. I kept reusing the same tall plastic cups w/lids. I’d walk in, place my order for the next stop then fill a couple of cups with lemonade, iced coffee or decaf. You can have unlimited refills but only order Sip Club every 2 hours. I was getting 1 Sip Club and refills. I had jugs & a funnel in the trunk. Would empty the cups into the jugs and head to the next location. I kept some in Dad’s refrigerator for when staying there. At home I froze a lot of lemonade which I mixed with iced tea in summer. The closest location to me is an hour away so I usually can’t use cheap/free Sip Club but that year I got 2@ 3 month offers.

Interestingly when I tried to sign up my wife (using her cell phone) I got an error message when I tried to enter the FREEPANERA5 promo code. It said “looks like we need to verify your profile before we can deliver your gift. please contact support@bitmo.com” Is this offer limited one per person or one per household? I e-mailed support, so we will see what verification they are looking for.

On a side note, if you have to pay for your texts (I pay 20 cents each on AT&T PREPAID) they will send you at least 3 text messages before you can finish the sign-up process, redeem the $5 Panera e-gift card and delete their app.

These offers are random and can happen anytime for anyone, with no apparent rhyme or reason. I last got the free bagel per day last April.

During your birthday month (presuming you have this info entered into your rewards account), you will get a free pastry once during that month with a few days extra to redeem. My b-day is in December and I had until today to get mine.

I didn’t get an email about this or see the offer when I logged into my account via PC.
