@ctcarl My bad in thinking most people already knew the rules. You must be registered for a VIP account to register for the mini builds.
You can do that here.
Then you can still register for the mini build.

Yes, I did that, but unless I’m doing something wrong, all the available spots in my state are already taken, and my registration isn’t even active yet…says it can take up to 48 hours.
