Submit a claim in a New Murphy USA Gas Station Class Action Settlement. The lawsuit alleges that Murphy was charging sales tax on the Murphy-funded portion of the discount on sale items starting on January 8, 2016 at all Murphy USA and Murphy Express stores in twenty-four 24 states. If you’ve made a purchase from 2016 until now you can submit a claim to receive a Free $1 coupon to be used on anything in the Murphy gas station store (excluding age prohibited items). Submit the claim by Sept 17, 2020.
