In my area it looks like the smaller sized bags can be found at gas station convenience stores and select Target and Rite Aid stores.

In my area it looks like the smaller sized bags can be found at gas station convenience stores and select Target and Rite Aid stores.
Pretty much Target and 7-11 around here. No Rite Aid unfortunately.
