Keurig Recyclable K Cup Class Action Settlement - submit by January 9, 2023

You qualify if you purchased K Cup single serving coffee pods labeled as recyclable in the United States during the time period from June 8, 2016, through August 8, 2022. No proof of purchase is necessary.
No Proof of Purchase – $5 per Household – If you elect to receive the Cash Payment and do not have any proof of purchase, such as a receipt, you may be eligible to receive $5 per Household.
With Proof of Purchase – $36 Maximum Payment – If you elect to receive the Cash Payment and have proof of purchase, you are eligible to receive $3.50 per 100 pods purchased. The maximum Cash Payment is $36 per Household and the minimum total payment is $6 if you have proof of purchase for your purchases.

I got an email from PayPal that said “Your Smith v. Keurig Green Mountain settlement payment is now available in Venmo”. I don’t have a Venmo account nor do I use Venmo. The $5 is in my PayPal account and ready to use.

Got the same message, I was a bit confused because I also don’t have Venmo, but it’s in Paypal. $14 for me (thanks, Staples clearance!). Found an additional receipt a few months ago that would have put me over the threshold for another 100 pods. Oh well.
