Current subs excluded, if you PREVIOUSLY had the service or are new to it, you’re ok.

Oh OK, that makes sense I guess… So what does previously mean? LIke if someone has service now, how long after they cancel can they use this?

You’d have to locate the T&C for that answer. Most ‘come back’ offers have a time requirement that you haven’t had the service, could be 30 days, could be a year. Don’t know in this case.
