I just got this for a COVID booster. Figured it wouldn’t apply since it specifically says flu shot. But it’s annoying that it’s added as Walgreen Cash after the first purchase, which I didn’t know. I would have purposely bought something cheaper first, then bought something over $10.

I think you get it for the new Covid Booster too, however, personally I wouldn’t get them done together. Also, I think you have to wait 6 months between boosters? not sure if that ‘rule’ is still being applied with Covid. But the flu shot one is only until 9/30, not sure the T&C for the Covid booster offer.

She said: “You can get the super senior flu shot and the bivalent Covid booster simultaneously.”Yes you can, but, if you have a serious reaction you don’t know which caused it and that’s why it’s never really advisable to get two vaccines together IMO. I always space them out.

Pretty sure it’s 4 months between boosters. My last booster was last Nov so I’m way past that.

You could have purchased a $1 candy bar or any other OTC item on the bill. But if you think something is off, call their main customer service # on their website. @webc what state are you in? some states are excluded.

In addition to the $10 offer I posted in the OP, some of you may have a Load 2 Card coupon for Get $7 Wags Cash when you fill a prescription.
I had this coupon clipped and the flu shot was processed through my insurance like an RX with an RX # assigned and printed register receipt of $0.00 since there was no copay.
Like this $10 offer, the Digital Q expires on 9/30. Just be sure the phone # associated with your Wags account is used at the pharmacy (ie, landline vs cell) as some may have a different # on file than what you punch in at regular store registers.
I got $17 for my flu shot, great deal just for showing up.

By the way the $10 WC offer wys a $1 prints out as a catalina Q from the pharmacy register that you have scanned when you buy a $1 or more which you can do the same visit.

As for the catalina coupon, she was supposed to scan it and with a $1+ purchase, $10 in Wags Cash was supposed to be credited to your account which would show on THAT receipt. If she didn’t scan it, I’d bring your receipts from the RX and the $1+ purchase and have the manager manually credit your account the $10.
Please clarify a little better what exactly took place at the store. thnx.

@webc just to update, the $1 spend is done on a subsequent transaction, confirmed. You aren’t required to buy anything when they ring you out for the vaccine. Word to others, be sure to walk away with that catalina Q or you’re not going to get anything.

I got the booster. The cashier handed me the paper catalina coupon. My partner needed something and she already had $2 in her account, so she took the item and the coupon to the regular cashier to cash out. The cashier seemingly scanned the coupon, but as I mentioned, she seemed confused. My partner signed into her account with her phone number and used the $2 walgreens cash and paid the rest. We left. Neither of our accounts have the $10. Maybe we screwed up by trying to transfer it to another person. Maybe if I make a $1 purchase using my account the $10 reward would show up in my account since you say it’s digital. Would be nice to know if that would work before going as I don’t see any evidence of that in my account.

No the catalina isn’t digital, the $7 RX offer I posted is digital.
I can’t say for certain if the Catalina is tied to a specific account. I don’t believe it is.
You say you applied WCash to your order and paid the rest. How much did you spend out of pocket before tax? It was probably wisest not to use any BC with that offer.
For future reference, always check your receipt prior to leaving the store. New Wags Cash earned is noted on the receipt, if not there then address the problem at that time so you can back up everything with the catalina you handed the cashier. As I mentioned prior, if you spent more than $1 pre tax and you have your receipts from the vaccine and the purchase, you maybe able to speak to a manager who can manually credit your account the $10.
