When did TopCashBack put minimums on the gift card cashouts? Seems like $5 or so for most, but it goes up to a $25 minimum.
Amazon, AMEX Virtual Reward Card, and Paypal or ACH is still minimum-free.

As far as I remember they have always had a minimum of gift card cashouts.

If I buy something from ebay that costs $10 with $6 shipping, does it get reported to TCB as a $16 transaction or a $10 transaction with the $6 separate?

Gets reported as $10, shipping doesn’t earn CB.

If I order from PetSmart and pay with Treats will I receive CB on the pre-treats amount of $15.84? I know it works with RA Bonus Cash and Staples Rewards but haven’t tried yet with Treats. PetSmart just gave Duncan a birthday present: 1000 points exp. 4-1.

I’ve had a couple of Lenovo orders where I didn’t get cashback from Topcashback because I used the vast majority of the spend was rewards points (I paid like a dollar or two out of pocket.)
Best bet is to try 1 order and then wait quite a number of weeks to see if it is completely approved and paid out.
