P&G Good As Gold Rebate $15 WYS $50 or $5 WYS $20 (different rebate) (limit 2) ends 9/8/24

This is a different rebate than the one posted on Phatwallet in this thread by Mistercheap (that is the Made to Save rebate)
To access this new’ish rebate, go to P&G Good Everyday Rebates page, then click on the dropdown menu near the top of the rebate page. It will default to the Made to Save Rebate (which is the prior rebate posted before) but you want to bring up the Good As Gold rebate for submission and reading the T&C’s.
https://www.pggoodeveryday.com/rebates/
Also, this rebate has a much more pared down list of qualifying P&G brands so look at the picture before going out and spending $50 or $100 worth of products.
I believe you can get two rebates, so long as you’re using completely separate receipts for each rebate, according to the terms and conditions of this offer, italicized below.
Travel/trial size products are not eligible for either Offer. Limitation: You may submit for up to two (2) Offers for Rebates with separate Receipts for each Offer Claim submitted. Limit one (1) Claim per Receipt. Limit two (2) Rewards per person/email address/household. A receipt submitted in this Rebate Program cannot be used in any other Rebate program. You may submit multiple Receipts for any one (1) Offer to spend either $50 or $20 depending on Offer, you must submit separate Receipt(s) for each Offer Claim [so you cannot claim both Offers with the same Receipt(s)]

2 rebates per address: 2@$15, 2@ $5 or 1@$15 and 1@$5.

Will the two rebates double dip?
Can purchases from any retailer be used for these P&G rebates? I bought some Charmin last week at Staples. Can I use purchases from Staples? I see I cannot get points for purchases from Staples in the P&G points rewards program, but I wonder if it is OK to buy from that store for rebates,
This may be a good way to cash out my Rite Aid Bonus Cash before I go traveling for two months to Asia at the end of this month.
-
@mrvietnam just remember, If you used Staples Rewards to buy Charmin that’s a coupon and P&G looks at the post Q dollar amount.

I did use Staples rewards for a lot of the cost, but I still spent $10 OOP, so if they accept Staples receipts I have $10 tracking for my Charmin toilet paper purchase.

No double dipping. Each receipt can only count for one offer. If you’re doing two $15 rebates for P&G Good As Gold, you need to buy more than $100 total (a bit more than $50 for the first rebate, and a bit more than $50 for the second rebate)
No double dipping between the Made to Save rebate and the Good As Gold rebate too, they have it spelled out in the T&C’s.
You can get P&G Good Everyday points for the products you buy along the way though, so redeem those for gift cards every 750 points.
-
@ctujackbauer But it depends on where you buy it from. For example, they don’t accept Staples receipts for points, but evidently they do for rebates.

LOL, it is called typing on a phone with spell check on. I corrected my original post.

We used to be able to use the same receipt for different rebates but they caught it a few years ago.

Safeway has two bonus offers going right now that should match up to many of these products:
Spend $50.00 or more on participating P&G items & get $10 off your next purchase.*
Coupon: Unlimited use . Expires 07/23/24$10.00 off*
Laundry, Paper and Dish Participating Products
Spend $50 Laundry, Paper and Dish Participating items. Can accrue over multiple transactions.*
Coupon: Unlimited use . Expires 07/31/24There are some discounts on Bounty and other items. Bonuses do say “Offers cannot be doubled or combined with any other offer, savings, coupon or discount.” but it looks like the $10 off works in the cart, at least.
When I get a chance, I’ll try to put something together and see if it works. I can always return what I buy if it doesn’t.
-
@jess888 Pretty good deal. Unfortunately not all P&G products qualify for the P&G bonus. For example, certain sizes/varieties of Tide don’t quality for the P&G bonus, but do for the Laundry bonus. Fortunately, the Safeway App will show if an item qualifies for a bonus.
-
@kimi Also, Dawn doesn’t qualify which is why I bought it for the previous P&G rebate.

Target stores have a Target Circle deal this week that gives you a $15 Target gift card when you spend $50 or more on select home care essentials, and many of these same products are included (Bounty, Charmin, Gain, Tide, Cascade…).
There’s no reason that same receipt can’t be used for this rebate, right? $50 worth for $20 would be a really great deal.

I buying most of my P&G items at Safeway cause my Safeway often has lower prices that my Target stores. (I live in a land of no Walmarts so Target have no competition.)

Since this is a gift card received back, there is a little risk that P&G looks at it as a coupon instead of a gift card received for purchase. IIRC, Target shows the qualifying items for the gift card back in print on the receipt.
Here’s an example of the risk. I bought 4 qualifying P&G items and it shows up as a coupon on the e-receipt (online purchase) even though I just got a gift card back. P&G would most definitely count the gift card as a coupon in my example, see picture:
The discounted total even shows up as the item total on the receipt too.

final 10-11 days to qualify, limit is 2.

So if I did the Costco “get more save more” P&G offer (shop card rewards), I assume I can’t do this one with the same receipt…

You can, and you should.
So long as you bought $50 worth of qualifying (slimmer selection this rebate) P&G brands after discounts/coupons you can submit it and send it in.
-
@pakle I do the Amazon offers ($15 credit 30 days later) and receive the P&G rebates.

Thanks guys. I guess I’ll give it a try. I assumed you couldn’t because I thought it said the same receipt can only be used for 1 rebate or something.

@pakle One P&G rebate. Your other discount is from Costco. The good thing about it is that it doesn’t appear as a discount on your receipt. Your total is $50+ on the receipt even though your net was $35. Same with Amazon credit. IDK if Costco purchases are eligible for PGGE rewards but if so then you can submit for those in addition to the rebate; rewards points aren’t a rebate.

The Costco one is a Shop Card but seems sponsored by PG as well:

One is a Costco rebate. The other is a rebate directly through P&G. Unless something changed, they’re different rebates and have gone through in the past, including this particular sale last year at Costco.
-
@pakle What have you got to lose other than a few minutes of time?
-
Thanks all, I’ll give it a try! I was hoping to wait for the Shop cards to be emailed to me first (the receipts were approved yesterday), but I have no idea how long that takes. I guess I want to make sure I get them before trying this rebate… will let you all know how it goes!

I did the Costco P&G rebate along with the regular P&G rebate last year and I got both rebates back with no issues

Anyone know how long it takes to get confirmation of this rebate? I submitted last Thurs and recall from previous promos that I usually get the approval email the next day (I know the actual prepaid card takes many weeks).
I already got both Costco Shop card emails from the Costco promo.

From my experience, P&G rebates can take over a week for processing. For example, I submitted one on 6/21/24 and received the email confirmation on 7/3/24. So give it a little more time.

Been taking 3-4 business days, plus you had Labor Day. They typically don’t process on the Weekends/holidays. You should get something by Friday at the latest.

Thanks all! Approval email came today. So about 6 days, not too bad.
I really had no idea the Costco shop card promo could be combined with the PG. Thought it was a dumb question but so glad I asked!
