It’s a bummer DMI isn’t offering the six-month sub for Disney+ this year.

I’d rather have nothing than just 1 month. You have to mark the calendar and be sure you unsubscribe before they ding whatever you put in as payment to be used if you don’t unsubscribe in time. And you will be a “recent subscriber”, so if you do run across a better deal for a longer period of time, it will only be good for “new subscribers and those who have not been subscribers for X months”, and that’s not you.
