FWIW, I did create a new account using my same email address, and it looks like the vast majority of rewards are still there. I didn’t do a deep dive, but there seems to be a ton of rewards available (my usual/local stuff is there as well as dozens of pages of other stuff), and it looks like all the earn opportunities are there again - probably reset with a new account. Since it’s still nickel and diming points, as best I can tell, I’m not planning to start up again. I got lucky, had my points available down to under 100 between the lack of earns at the end of the old site, and getting all my old/local stuff every month (650 pts/mo spent, IIRC). I was actually at the points that I couldn’t earn enough to actually redeem anything each month.
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone contacting the company to ask about getting their old account/points reinstated. I did that a while ago w/e-rewards, and they were glad to oblige. That saved me hundreds of real dollars on gift cards!
