You got to the deal 11 days after it was posted.

To clarify further, the freecash offer that is loaded to your account expired in 14 days from issuance. That doesn’t mean the deal is offered for 14 days.

You just can’t buy anything from the exclusions, you have 14 days to use the freecash, and you have to use it in store.
