Some details I read about Staples’ new reward program (1 recycled cartridge = 50 cents)
Earn 1pt on every $1 spent (excluding gift cards, taxes, LQO)

Earn “starting at” 100pt for ink cartridges (still limited per month to something)

Associates actually get earned rewards now at the same rate plus we get 400pts for ink recycling

Points don’t expire as long as you shop at staples within 18 months to stay active

You can earn bonus double points on select categories (tech items, ink and toner, P&M, chairs, etc) and you can pick up to 3 of them

App is going to have other limited time bonus offers that can be activated

Points can be redeemed at register at any whole dollar amount as long as the customer asks. (You have to first enable it on the main screen but go to the add tenders screen to see the available amount and add it)

Points are refunded when returning an item paid partially or in full with points

Points are worth a half penny each so 200pts = $1

I actually went in with a bag of my kids broken crayons, surprisingly, the CSR knew exactly what to do with them. Now, if this pays out that extra $5 it will be great.

This app is similar to Fetch, but emphasizes better for you brands such as Barilla, Stonyfield, Califa, Just Egg among others. You accrue points for gift cards (Amazon, Best Buy, Whole Foods, etc.). Right now any receipt currently credits 50 points.

Paper delivery in my area has become hit or miss, several times a month I have to call for credit for missed deliveries. The only reason I really subscribe is for the coupon inserts, and in my area I rarely get the high value coupons anymore. I thought about ordering inserts through a service like Sunday Coupon Inserts but just wanted to know if anyone has experience with them or something similar.

For some reason rebates I select to be paid by Paypal or virtual are often arriving as prepaid cards. At least they are being paid, but I was hoping to just have them paid as cash since check as an option has mostly gone away.

I had let my Gold status lapse as of the end of last year (haven’t been to RA at all this year), but when logging in I did have 3,000 points.

Has anyone that requested paypal for the mybeerrebate actually gotten it, I requested paypal and still got the prepaid card a month later?

I haven’t received Paypal either, and I just received a $10 prepaid that must be from one of the requests. Now I have to go back and figure out which one. I really wish they would attach tracking numbers to the mailings.

You can’t enter apartment numbers? My house is #52 but for rebate AB-5247 I would submit my address as 52 Main St., #5247. That’s how I used to keep track of Staples rebates back in the day and they always arrived. If you live in an apartment you could try e.g. Apt. 6B-5247.

I have a single home address and I had been able to do that second line address trick previously, but now the rebate gets rejected for invalid address.
