When did you turn them in? Mine is showing, and oddly enough, showing I earned $80 for the March turn in?? Fine by me.

They really seem screwed up. I also show $80 earned for March, but then again that happened a few months back, and I got the expected $40 anyway. I’m guessing that’s what will happen this time too.

@mistercheap Staples off shore support is frustrating. I was missing bonus Rewards and they told me that they would be issued the following month. That’s not the way their system works. They issue what’s due when its due. The Bonus wasn’t credited and unless they credit it I’d never see it. So I asked for a supervisor. Supervisors are US based. Received my missing Rewards by email within 24 hrs.

OK, thanks @my4mainecoons . I’ll follow up on this. My account clearly shows I recycled 20 and earned $40 back on 1/12.

Your situation is different from mine in that mine wasn’t showing up. Your statement shows that they know they owe you the $40. My situation was that they gave me $0 Rewards when I was due $35 (or whatever it was).

There are two places. The earned statement says I got $0. But the actual transaction show I earned $40.

Based on what 597404 said, it’s one per account. I recycled today and got a coupon.

I thought in the past, several months ago at least, it was reported that people were getting more than one. I will still recycle 5 per week this month just in case. The Staples store is less than a mile away, so really easy to stop by anytime. How can 597404 know for sure? Does he work for Stspled marketing department? It could be more random than that.

Yes, previously when these coupons were coming out, I got one, went back into the store to use it, and got another one right away.

I finally used the 2019 extra Rewards on Charmin and Bounty in January. Sent cases of it to friend & family. Had no idea they would be a hot item 2 months later.

Buy some ink, sell on ebay.

Another possibility is to buy webcam(s) and resell them. Webcams are hot on eBay at the moment.
