Maybe you mixed up CFG Bank and CF Bank? CFG does appear to be paying 5% and is on the list in the very first post.

I’d be very careful about opening an account there. Site seems a bit fishy and many online reviews suggest it’s a scam. No phone number for contact is one red flag. That you have to download an app to a phone to use it and not being able to use a computer is another.
