Mr V, glad you used your $10 free product coupons. I received a $10 free product coupon too. I printed it but didn’t use it. Today I received an email with the subject: “Apologies from Staples Rewards”. The email states:
Dear Valued Staples Customer,
You may have experienced some recent issues with redeeming your Up to $10 in value free product coupons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are looking at resolving these issues. In the meantime, we have suspended coupon availability. Please be on the lookout for a little something from us to say “I’m sorry”.
