  Ibotta offer was $1 awhile ago, then $3.99, and now back to $1 on my account. I redeemed all 3 times and last 2 earned a 50c bonus.

Store I went to was out of chicken but the next batch will be ready in 1 hr. So I paid for 2 chicken and will return to pickup. This is Framingham MA. Glad they have the promo. They don’t even need the coupon.

• yes I got a Shaws GC from AMZ on another deal, then used yesterday to buy the Visa GC

can you then use the Visa to buy a Shaw’s GC or no?

I know. used to be sweet to use a previous Visa GC to buy a new one. Good things always come to an end. But learned that Shaw’s GC does work - confirmed yesterday.

Happy to report that using my parent’s landline worked 👍. They answered the call and text me back the code which I entered into Q.com app for Verification. I also added a PayPal email which now says ‘Linked’ in Q.com app. I clicked ‘+’ on a few grocery rebates [Ben & Jerry’s, cereals, etc]… So is that’s all I need to do to get the $18.xx Savings* balance?

I have 18.xx in the Savings* account on a wifi only phone. When I sign in to coupons.com app w the same email used for Saving*, it requires Text or Phone verification. Now I’m screwed bc when I enter my cellphone, it recognizes that phone has been used for another coupons.com app on a different phone. So no way to verify or is there a work around? Btw, Google voice number didn’t work either.

Also, if I can get thru the verification step, will the 18.xx balance from Saving* transfer to the coupons.com app??

@my4mainecoons I’ve never been able to use a Visa or MC GC to buy another GC in Staples. So there isn’t much advantage to get more GC for me.

Thanks for heads up on not being able to use a Visa or Master GC to buy another one like in the past. I tried too yesterday got ‘Not Authorized’. I already have 4x $100 Master GC and don’t want to accumulate more if they can’t be recycled. Damn … the gravy train just ended.

I don’t understand what’s the harm in using a GC to buy another one. In fact, these are supposed to be used anywhere that Visa or Master cards are accepted.

I have credit in SS but not enough to reach threshold for withdrawal. Do you know if they’ll allow redemption?

It took a while, but I finally received my last two GCs.
Timeline: uploaded receipts 6/15, submitted inquiry regard status 6/24, received ‘sent for further review’ email 7/1, received GC links 7/3.

wonder if you would’ve gotten the GCs without the inquiry. I’m now at day 10 and have not received the GCs … getting worried.

I did that and there were issues w the virtual GCs. Just make sure you use up the 1st GC before getting the 2nd one, etc.

@orthros I see a small grocery store on the list but I know for sure they dont take AMEX. So definitely can’t trust everything completely.

1 of the rejected ones happened after I went thru the whole process and uploaded an image of the receipt. I emailed them and more than a week later got a reply with link to resubmit. I used a different wifi and followed the link which only required an image of the orig receipt submitted. will see what happens…

The next 2 were rejected as soon as I entered my address and email on th he website. Never even allowed me to upload a receipt. I went to a store w free wifi today and resubmitted. Both went thru - Yah! … will see if these work.

Update: 1 wk after submitting, still haven’t gotten the GCs.

CFL in 2020?

I only put it in Manual mode with my own # of minutes cooking time so it doesn’t matter what all the buttons do and whether it’s 6 in 1 or 7 in 1. Only real difference is the yogurt button which is pretty useful and not offered in LUX model.

No lid holder handles. I might be able to deal with flowers but the lack of lid holder could be a deal breaker.

I have used both the LUX and newer models like DUO. Aside from the black handle part shaped differently, the lid and the rest of the body of the IP are THE SAME.

Having said that, AMZ sold the newer version for $50 last Thksgiving and Xmas so I wouldn’t buy this unless it’s urgently needed.

Just beware not every BP station takes payment thru the App. So don’t wait till last day in case you have to find another station where the App works. I had to try 3 and there aren’t many BPs in my area.

Why not contact support first? They may offer an account credit (it sounds like they screwed up the offer description/terms).
