I submitted 3 last month and got all the virtual GCs. Then yesterday, I tried to submit with my parents home address, diff email and on a diff device, I got an email that says the submission is flagged and rejected.

Yeah, that’s similar to what happened to me. I even used different wifi.

Just beware not every BP station takes payment thru the App. So don’t wait till last day in case you have to find another station where the App works. I had to try 3 and there aren’t many BPs in my area.
